 I'm a wife, mother, grandma, and friend who made it this far by the Grace of God! I love Jesus, my family and friends, horses, podcasts and healthy living. 

I used to struggle with seasonal headaches. They hit me hard every year. I'd pop over-the-counter products every night just to wake up without the pain.
