🌿 Living Well & Sharing Naturally: How Everyday Moments Can Spark Beautiful Connections
There’s something special about the way we naturally share the things we love. We do it without thinking, without pressure, without hesitation. A cozy restaurant we fell in love with? We tell everyone. A new show that pulled us in? We’re texting friends before the credits roll. A podcast that opens our eyes? We send the link immediately.
Sharing is woven into us — part instinct, part connection, part caring.
And for many of us, living a little more intentionally — choosing gentler products, creating peaceful routines, supporting wellness in simple, meaningful ways — becomes something we want the people we love to experience too. Not because we’re trying to “sell” anything, but because we’ve seen small things make a big difference. It’s natural to want to pass that goodness along.
Today, I want to walk you through what sharing can look like when it’s not salesy, forced, or awkward — but warm, organic, and rooted in real life. Throughout this post, I’ll weave in a few of my own stories, along with simple examples and ideas to help you share in a way that feels genuine and comfortable.
So grab a cup of something warm, settle in, and let’s talk about the art of sharing a life you love.
🌼 Using What You Love Creates Natural Stories
Here’s a truth we forget sometimes: people connect with stories more than information. And the best stories aren’t grand or dramatic — they’re the everyday “this helped me” moments. When you consistently use products that support your home, your sleep, your emotions, or your wellness, you naturally collect little stories that are easy to pass along.
It doesn’t have to be complicated.
Something helped you get better sleep?
Something made your home feel cleaner without the artificial fragrance headache?
Something supported your mood through a stressful week?
Something made your kitchen smell like you’ve been baking all day?
These become seed moments — real experiences you can share when conversations open up.
Think of it this way: every time you use a product, you’re building a little testimony that one day might be exactly the encouragement someone needs.
🌱 Try New Things Little by Little
One of the easiest ways to keep fresh stories flowing is simply to try 1–3 new products each month.
Not to be fancy.
Not to “have more to talk about.”
Not to be impressive.
But because variety helps you discover what truly supports you — in your kitchen, your bathroom, your sleep routine, your stress patterns, your meals, your mood, your home. And as you explore, you’re naturally gathering stories from all different parts of life.
Before you know it, you’re not “learning how to share” — you’re just sharing what has genuinely helped you.
And that’s exactly the point.
🏡 Let Your Home Share for You
One of the most effortless ways to talk about wellness is simply to have your favorite things visible throughout your home.
People notice.
They ask questions.
They’re curious.
And conversations happen naturally.
Here’s how this looks in real life:
In the Laundry Room
Your laundry soap, a jar of wool dryer balls with a few favorite oils nearby, maybe your stain remover — people love learning simple swaps.
In the Guest Bathroom
Hand soap, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, or even a beautiful bar of handmade soap — the easiest conversation starter.
In Your Office
Diffuser going, a couple of oils on your desk — calm environment, great questions.
In the Kitchen
Vitality oils near the stove, cleaner under the sink, fruit + veggie wash on the counter, dish soap by the faucet.
In the Living Room
A diffuser running, room spray on your end table, or something that smells like “You must bake pies every day” (even if you don’t).
In Your Bedroom
Calming oils, nightstand blends, ways you support your circadian rhythm.
Your home becomes a gentle reflection of how you live — and that alone starts conversations without a single sales pitch.
✨ Use Your Products in Front of People
This one is almost too easy.
Just… use your things.
When you’re out with friends.
When you’re at work.
When you’re at a family gathering.
People are naturally curious.
I was out to lunch with a friend one afternoon, and I added a drop Vitality drops to my water. Nothing dramatic — just part of my normal routine.
Immediately, she looked at me with curiosity and I ashed, "Want some for your water?” "Sure", she said.
One tiny moment turned into a meaningful conversation about our health and what we're doing about it. All because I used something I loved, right in front of her.
That’s how simple it can be.
💬 Recommend What You Love (Because You Already Do This!)
We recommend things all the time:
Restaurants
TV shows
Podcasts
Cleaners
Snacks
Books
Workouts
Makeup
Apps
So when someone mentions trouble sleeping, a stressful season, tummy troubles, skin frustrations, energy dips, or difficulty finding “cleaner” products — I say something like:
“I have that trouble too. Do you want to know what I did?” Most of the time, they’ll say yes. And if it's something you haven't experienced yet, you can still offer to help them. Offer to look it up, just like you would for a restaurant in a new city.
You don’t have to be the expert — you just have to care.
💛 Share Your Friends’ Stories When You Don’t Have One Yet
If you don’t have a personal story about something, that’s okay. Share someone else’s. Just make sure you keep it compliant — focus on wellness, lifestyle, and support instead of illness or disease.
People connect with real-life examples. Your story might help someone — but so might someone else’s.
📱 Share Your Life on Social Media (Not Just Products)
You don’t have to become a sales poster. In fact, please don’t. Facebook hides posts like that anyway.
The most effective way to share is simply to share your life:
your meals
your routines
your home
your habits
your favorite swaps
your quiet moments
your funny mishaps
your successes
your struggles
your morning coffee
your diffuser blends
your weekend adventures
Because when wellness is part of your life, it naturally shows up in your posts. People can tell what matters to you — and they’ll reach out when they’re ready.
Consistency matters, but it doesn’t have to be heavy. Just be present.
Let people get to know you.
🎉 Infuse Gatherings With Purpose
A favorite way to share is simply by incorporating oils, flavors, or products into the things I already love doing; brunches, crafts, desserts, holidays, girls’ nights, small groups, or and the like.
My friends and I like to have gatherings and make things. We call them Make and Take. We've made crafts, lotions, cleaners, even elderberry and a homemade cough syrup.
Some had used oils before, some hadn’t — but everyone was curious. The experienced oilers started chatting, the new ones asked questions, and I simply enjoyed the moment while the conversation flowed all on its own.
It wasn’t a class. It wasn’t a presentation. It was just life. Shared together. And it led to the most natural, heartfelt conversations. Your home doesn’t have to be perfect. Your recipes don’t have to be fancy. Your gathering doesn’t have to be big. Just open the door. People will feel it.
🌟 Think About the Person Who Shared With You
Before you scroll on, pause for a moment and think about the person who first introduced you to these ideas — the swaps, the oils, the wellness tools, the encouragement. Think about the difference it made in your life.
Aren’t you grateful they shared? That’s the heart behind this whole thing — simply passing along goodness the same way someone did for you. Not everyone will say yes.
Not everyone will be interested. Not every conversation will lead somewhere. But someone, somewhere, is waiting for the exact story you carry.
Your experiences can bless someone else’s home, health, emotions, or everyday routines. You might be the beginning of their wellness journey — just like someone was for you.
🌺 Who Is On Your Heart to Share With?
Maybe you’ve already thought of a name or two.
Someone who’s overwhelmed.
Someone who’s struggling to sleep.
Someone who wants a cleaner home.
Someone who’s ready for a change.
Someone who’s been praying for something to shift.
Someone who trusts you.
Someone you love.
Start with them.
Not with a pitch.
Not with a presentation.
Not with a complicated plan.
Just with a simple, “Hey — I thought of you.”
That’s all it takes.
💖 A Gentle Closing Thought
Sharing isn’t about selling. It’s about connection. It’s about offering hope through the everyday rhythms of life. It’s about being present, intentional, and willing to speak up when something has helped you.
And if you ever feel unsure, remember this: You’re not trying to convince anyone. You’re simply opening a door. The right people will walk through it at the right time.
If you ever need ideas, support, encouragement, or help figuring out the next step, I’m right here.
You don’t have to do this alone — and honestly, it’s so much more fun when we do it together. 🌿💛
